TruCore Pest Protection provides residential and commercial pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and ongoing prevention plans. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change and confirmed at the time of booking.

TruCore Pest Protection offers an optional text messaging program to help keep customers informed about their pest control service.

2.6 Carrier Disclaimer

T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

2.7 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and be the owner or authorized user of the mobile device used to opt in.

3. Scheduling, Payment & Cancellations

Scheduling and access. To perform your service, our technician needs reasonable access to the treatment areas inside and outside your home or business (for example, unlocked gates and secured pets). If we're unable to access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a trip or lockout fee may apply.

Cancellations and rescheduling. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a service fee.

Payment. Payment is due at the time service is completed unless you are enrolled in a recurring service plan, in which case charges are billed automatically according to the schedule in your service agreement. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or in your service agreement (for example, credit/debit card, ACH, or check).

Pricing changes. Pricing for one-time services is confirmed at the time of booking. For recurring service plans, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect.

Late or unpaid accounts. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be paused or cancelled, and a late fee may apply to unpaid balances to the extent permitted by law.

Promotional and minimum-term pricing. If your service agreement includes a discounted introductory rate tied to a minimum service term, cancelling before that term ends may require paying the difference between the promotional rate and our standard rate for services already performed, as described in your specific service agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

All treatments are performed in accordance with the manufacturer's product label and applicable federal, state, and local pesticide regulations. It is a violation of federal law to use a pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, and we do not deviate from labeled instructions.

Pest activity can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, construction, neighboring properties, and site conditions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of pests or that pests will never return. Where a service warranty applies to your plan, our sole obligation, and your sole and exclusive remedy, is re-treatment at no additional charge within the warranty period stated in your service agreement.

We are not responsible for property damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions, structural defects, water intrusion, hidden utility lines, or conditions not disclosed to us before treatment. Please tell us in advance about any known hazards, allergies, sensitivities, pets, children's play areas, edible gardens, or water features on your property — we are not responsible for reactions or exposure resulting from conditions we were not made aware of.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruCore Pest Protection's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we ask that you first contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the county where TruCore Pest Protection is headquartered, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
